By making a purchase on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Payment Terms. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with a purchase.
1. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments through the following methods, as authorized by Shopify Payments and Stripe:

- Debit cards
No other payment methods, such as PayPal or Apple Pay, are accepted unless explicitly stated on our Site. We reserve the right to modify the available payment methods at any time without prior notice.
2. Currency and Pricing
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP) and include applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated. The total amount, including product prices, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes, will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
In the event of a pricing error on our Site, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund. You will be notified promptly if such an error occurs.
3. Payment Process
Payment is due in full at the time of placing your order. Your payment will be processed through Shopify Payments or Stripe, our secure third-party payment processors. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and payment receipt upon successful processing.

4. Authorization and Verification
By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you provide is accurate. We may verify your payment details with the issuing bank or payment processor to prevent fraudulent transactions. If a payment cannot be verified or is declined, we will notify you, and the order will not be processed until a valid payment is received.
5. Failed or Unauthorized Transactions
If a transaction is declined or flagged as unauthorized, we will contact you to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your bank or card issuer due to declined or unauthorized transactions. 6. Refunds
Refunds are processed in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale. You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- Return of unused products within 30 days of receipt, in their original packaging.
- Cancellation of an order within 14 days of receipt, as per UK consumer rights.
- Receipt of defective or incorrect products.
